Elizabeth Olsen

KimAmerican actress Elizabeth Chase Olsen was born on 16 February 1989 in Sherman Oaks in California. Olsen was raised in Sherman Oaks and began acting at the age of four. In 2011, Olsen was a star in Martha Marcy May Marlene, her debut film role. The film was critically acclaimed for the role and was nominated for the Critics Choice Movie Awards. Silent House was her next film role. Olsen received a BAFTA Rising Star Award nomination and was a graduate of New York University two years later. Olsen became a worldwide star for her performance as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch within the Marvel Cinematic Universe media series. The character was featured in the superhero films Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Captain America: Civil War (2016). Avengers: Infinity War (2018). Avengers: Endgame (2019). Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022). Her performance in WandaVision earned her nominations for the Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award.Outside of her role in Marvel, Olsen starred in the film Godzilla (2014), the mystery film Wind River (2017) Godzilla (2014), the mystery film Wind River (2017), and the drama Ingrid Goes West (2017). She executive produced and starred in the drama series Sorry for Your Loss (2018-2019), receiving a Critics' Choice Television Award nomination for her performance as a widower.
