Laura Linney

Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best recognized for her strong but delicate character. Linney was born into a theatre family, her father Romulus Linney being a playwright. Linney received her degree in 1986 from Brown University in 1986 and further studied at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated in the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City was her first stop in 1990. She was in New York City when she began with her Broadway career. She received praise by critics for Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
